AdCrew

Marketing that runs itself, watched by someone who cares

We are not selling you software. We are doing the work.

AdCrew is a team of AI workers that run your ads — testing, killing what loses, moving budget to what wins. Real people set them up for your business. And nothing that spends your money happens without a person saying yes.

  • AI workers
  • We set it up
  • A person still checks

You already know you are behind on AI.

That is not the hard part. The hard part is that nobody has ever shown you what to actually do about it on a Tuesday morning.

You read the news. You opened ChatGPT once, did not know what to type, and went back to work. That is not laziness — it is having no time, no spare person, and no obvious first step. Meanwhile the ads keep running and nobody is really watching them.

You are in the majority. Three in four small firms that say they use AI are still only using it for small one-off jobs, not real work. OECD, 2025

The crew

Eight workers, each with one job they do properly. They share what they learn, so what one finds out the others use.

  1. Meta Agent

Watches every Facebook and Instagram campaign. Tests new creative, turns off what is losing, moves budget to what is winning.

  2. Google Ads Agent

Reads the search terms people actually typed. Blocks the bad ones, raises bids on the good ones, keeps Performance Max honest.

  3. TikTok Agent

Spots which sounds, hooks and formats are taking off, then builds ads in that style while the trend is still hot.

  4. Tag Manager Agent

Checks your tracking still works. If a tag breaks and sales stop being counted, it finds it the same day — not at month end.

  5. Alert Agent

Watches the ads while nobody is looking. Spend spike, ad rejected, page down, feed broken — it catches it and wakes a human.

  6. Fresh Angle Agent

Digs through videos, podcasts and forums in your industry to find new ways to talk about the product — so the ads never go stale.

  7. Research Agent

Does the deep homework: market size, rivals, pricing, who buys and why. A week of work, done overnight.

  8. Report Agent

Pulls every number into one place and writes the update in plain words, ready to send to the client or the boss.

How it works

  1. We set it up

A real person connects your ad accounts, learns your business, and writes the crew their instructions. You do not configure anything.

  2. You get a workspace

It looks like a team chat, because that is what it is. Rooms for Meta, Google, TikTok, tracking, alerts. Ask a question, get an answer with the numbers behind it.

  3. They work while you do not

Evenings, weekends, the hours nobody is watching the account. That is when a spend spike or a dead landing page costs the most.

  4. You approve the money

Every change that spends is proposed with the amount, the reason, and what they expect to happen. Nothing moves until you say yes.

In the workspace

Meta Agent — Three ad sets have spent €310 since Monday with no sales. I want to turn them off and move that budget to the retargeting set, which is returning €4.10 per euro. Say yes and I will do it.

A person answers. Only then does anything change.

What we are honest about

AI cannot replace a marketing team yet.
It can take the boring, repeated pieces — the ones easy to check — while a person watches. That is what we sell today, and we say so.
We do not fight the big platforms.
Meta and Google have their own AI. It only works inside their own house. We sit above all of them, work across them, and check their homework.
You keep the receipts.
Every decision, every number, every approval stays in the workspace. When you ask why an ad was turned off in March, the answer is still there.

Every small company knows they are behind.

Being the ones who actually answer that is the whole business.

Tell us what you sell and what you spend. If we cannot help, we will say so on the first call rather than the third.
